About these terms
In short: By using doggio you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
doggio is operated by Doggio, s.r.o. (“doggio”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you use doggio on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you’re authorised to accept these terms for it.
Our role as a marketplace
In short: doggio connects owners and independent providers. The care contract is between you and the provider; we’re the intermediary.
doggio is an intermediary platform. We help dog owners discover and book independent providers of dog training and doggy daycare services. We are not the provider of those care services.
The contract for the actual care service is between the owner and the provider. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the services providers deliver, though we verify providers and facilitate bookings and payments.

Bookings and payments
In short: Owners pay through doggio; we hold and release funds to providers via Stripe. Fees and any platform commission are shown before you confirm.
Bookings are made and paid for through doggio. Payments are processed by Stripe; doggio facilitates the flow of funds between owner and provider, including manual capture and payouts where applicable.
Applicable fees, any platform commission, and provider subscription terms are shown before you confirm. You authorise doggio and Stripe to process the amounts shown.
Cancellations and refunds
In short: Cancellation and refund terms depend on the booking and provider. We help resolve issues fairly.
Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on the booking type, timing, and the provider’s policy as shown at booking. Where a service isn’t delivered as agreed, contact us and we’ll help resolve it consistently with these terms and applicable law.
Disputes and safety incidents
In short: Raise disputes within 7 days of a completed booking. Safety incidents follow a separate, faster process.
Owners can open a dispute about a completed booking within 7 days of completion. We review disputes and may hold or reverse payouts while we do.
Safety incidents are handled through a separate process so we can act quickly to keep dogs and people safe. Report concerns immediately via the app or hello@doggio.cz.

Your content
In short: You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a licence to operate the service with it.
You keep ownership of content you submit (listings, dog profiles, messages, reviews). You grant doggio a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content as needed to operate the service. You’re responsible for ensuring you have the rights to what you post.
Liability
In short: We provide the platform “as is”. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
doggio provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. As an intermediary, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of providers or owners.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
In short: You can close your account anytime. We can suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
You may stop using doggio and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect users, providers, or the platform. Some obligations (such as payment and statutory records) survive termination.
Changes and governing law
In short: We may update these terms and will flag material changes. Czech law and courts apply unless the law gives you stronger rights.
We may update these terms; we’ll update the “Last updated” date and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
